Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm (except holidays). In case of emergency and prior arrangement we also offer a round the clock service for a small surcharge - see price list.
We serve our customers from locations in Vienna, Lower-, and Upper Austria, as well as Salzkammergut. Depending on the distance we calculate either travel time or mileage flat rate.

Our friendly technicians can solve your computer problems right on your site to save time.
Bring-in service
Some PC problems, such as hardware failure or data loss, can quickly be resolved with appropriate diagnostic equipment directly in our office. For this, we offer cost-effective set price packages or a limit of a maximum 4 charged hours - no matter how long the repair will take!. We ask you to schedule an appointment, as our sites are not manned at all times.
Remote maintenance
For specific software and application failures, we're happy to offer cost- and time-saving help by remote control. This only requires a working operating system including internet connection.
Our success gurantee: Only if we were able to actually help you, we will charge our service.

The Computer Emergency Service is a frequently booked IT service by private customers. Our computer specialists can help in case of emergency and quickly be on site. In case of hardware failure our carried replacement hardware is used for computer repair after successful diagnosis.

PC Rettung is of course glad to take the maintenance of your IT systems. This includes your general computer support for client computers, as well as server support, remote maintenance and equipment cleaning. Under a maintenance contract we offer IT support across the board.
